Artemis Honey Sauce with Avocado and MangoHonoring the Greek goddess Artemis. Artemis is the Goddess of the Hunt and Protector of Women. She loved nothing more than to roam the forest with her maiden friends. Call on the goddess Artemis when you need to re-connect to your inner wild woman! The Bee was one of her sacred symbols, so this recipe honoring the goddess Artemis naturally includes honey to sweeten the sauce.
