Pandora's Pasta Salad

Honoring the Greek goddess Pandora.

Pandora certainly wasn't known for her patience!

That's why this quick and easy recipe is perfect for chefs in a hurry.
 
 

 


Pandora's Pasta Salad

macaroni or shell noodles (1 lb.)

cherry tomatoes or diced tomatoes

diced pickle or fresh cucumber

diced black olives

marinated artichoke hearts
(the kind from a jar, remember Pandora loves to open things!)

salad dressing of your choice
*Creamy Cucumber or Ranch are Pandora's faves.
  

 

 

 

 

 


Pandora's Pasta Salad

Cook noodles according to directions. (Pandora was never known for her patience so cheating with the microwave is permitted!)

While the pasta is cooking, prepare all the other ingredients, dicing and chopping as you go.   

 Add dressing to taste. Pandora says the more the better!

Once the pasta is done, drain and rinse thoroughly with cold water until the pasta is cool. Put pasta in a serving bowl and mix in all the other ingredients.

Chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.

Though, if you're like Pandora and just can’t wait, go ahead and live a little . . . it's still pretty good served luke-warm!
