Within the USA:
Items ship United States Postal
Service and usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days. Express
delivery is possible for an additional amount.
Outside
The USA: Please email us to inquire about shipping
costs and to get instructions on how to pay for international
shipping.
Express: Need your item in a hurry? Email us and ask
for an
"express" option so it will reach you within two+ business days.
Additional charges may apply.
Returns
policy: If for any reason our products don't satisfy, return the
package (including packing slip) to 2 S. Foxxborough Lane,
Johnson City, TN, 37604 and email or phone us to notify us to expect them.
We will issue you a return code to place on the package, and when your package arrives we will issue a full refund for the
product.
Do not refuse
delivery of the package. We will not issue refunds without prior
approval of the return as outlined above.
Returns
policy for goods that are delivered electronically (quizzes, gift
certificates) : If for some reason your item does not arrive,
please notify us by email and we will send a replacement. Because of
the personalized nature of these items, we are not able to issue
refunds but we will replace them.
